Bob and Nancy Walther began WAL-STAF Personnel Services in 1977 in Gainesville, Florida. Over the years, we have expanded throughout North Central Florida with offices in the following cities:

Lake City, Florida
We feel that our track record and growth are a direct result of the quality and value added services provided to our client companies and our employees.
We pride ourselves on staying current and up to date on all areas of the Human Resources field, to name a few: Workers' Compensation issues, Drug Screening Protocol, Safety and Risk Management, Human Resources Personnel Laws, i.e.: ADA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, etc.
WAL-STAF Personnel is an active particpant in the Society of Human Resource Management, each local area's Chamber of Commerce, and the Florida Advisory Council.
We are a member in an elite organization of Staffing Services called TEMPNET, the Florida Staffing Service Association, and the National Staffing Services Association where we attend quarterly training seminars. Our ongoing training process, along with our community involvement, enhances WAL-STAF Personnel's ability to stay on the leading edge in the staffing industry.
