Founded in 1995, Ad-VANCE is locally owned and operated. Ad-VANCE has two offices, one in Manatee County, the other in Sarasota County. We are totally automated with both offices sharing "real time" information through terminal services. We are currently converting our database software to TempWorks. We have an internal staff of 12 employees. This allows us to offer a level of responsiveness and personalized service not commonly found in our industry. Our non-traditional approach and "can do" attitude make us the ideal stategic business partner. We are heavily involved in both the business and local community and were chosen as the
"Area's Best Staffing Firm" in 2002. Our gross sales have consistently been between 5 and 6 million the past three years. Our client base consists of the area's best employers: SYSCO Food Services, ADT, UPS, Champs Sports, GevityHR and Beall's Inc.
