Landrum Staffing Services was established in 1973 by H. Britt Landrum, Jr. Headquartered in Pensacola, Florida, we provide temporary, on-site and permanent help and human resources expertise to business, industry and government entities throughout the Northwest Florida area.
Realizing that the services our company provides have a direct effect on the success of our clients and employees, Landrum Staffing has set its' sights on quality and concentrated on developing staff and systems to bring our clients the highest caliber services. Our hiring systems assure the quality of hire the first time, which supports quality work over the long term. Our hiring systems include in-house drug screens, criminal records checks, and reference checks on all accepted applicants. We control and contain the costs of workers' compensation insurance and unemployment compensation by structuring our companies to include Safety Specialists, a Florida licensed claims adjuster, and an Unemployment Claims Administrator who previously was an appeals referee for the State of Florida.
In order to provide top quality service, we must give top priority to the quality of our own staff. We provide good wages and benefits, offer opportunities for advancement, and involve our staff in decision making. We promote continuing education and training and reward outstanding performance. Landrum Staffing is proud to have been a part of the formation of ITSA (Independent Temporary Services Association), the predecessor of TempNet.
