In January of 1982 we began as a small clerical placement business that provided word processing services and many other business services to people in Wilson. Today, the word processing business has gr9own into Office Services Unlimited which uses state of the art software and hardware for desk top publishing, resume preparation, bulk printing and creative advertising pieces for many business and individuals in Eastern North Carolina.
In 1988 we added industrial staffing, changed our name to Action Temporaries and added a branch office in Goldsboro. In 1990 we opened our branch in Rocky Mount and began doing planned staffing that has evolved into our vendor on premise program which we continue to improve on and implement today.
In 1994 we sold our Goldsboro office and opened an office in Greenville. We continue to do business in Goldsboro in some of our other divisions. In 1996 we started to provide professional employer services through our sister company, Action Staffing Solutions. Then in 1998 we started our medical and health care company, Action Health Staffing.
In 1998 we also realized that we had become more than just “another temporary help company” so we changed our name to the Action Staffing Group. Today we are able to offer our services to Service and Industrial oriented businesses, Medical offices and Hospitals, patients needing Home Health and Small Business that need to Outsource their Administrative Headaches and Lower their Overhead.
We will continue to strive to exceed your epectat9ions when you choose any one of our services. We are still a truly, locally owned company dedicated to serving the needs of employers and employees in North Carolina.
